In this Static Pack version,
the LOGCUT MCS40 is a stationary machine. The ergonomics of
the workstation are saimed at reducing the physical efforts
of the operator to their minimum while maximizing the
performance of the machine, like on the Profit Pack version.
The machine consists in particular of the sawing unit, a
retractable evacuation mat, as well as a loading platform
with a display system. The log removal area is adjustable
from 5 to 9.5 meters long.
This configuration is ideal for producers processing a volume of wood ranging from 2500 cords to several thousands cords (8000 to several thousands cubic meters) per year and preferring a stationary installation with high loading capacities, in order to guarantee a transformation of wood at a sustained rate and without interruption . In its Static Pack version, the minimum production observed for the LOGCUT MCS40 is 8 cords (26 cubic meters) per hour on average. The machine's capacities allow for much greater hourly production peaks. This configuration requires a three-phase electrical installation with a minimum amperage of 100 Amperes. |
